After that, you can reach our team from 9 am to 5 pm (AEST) on weekdays with additional support outside of these hours and on public holidays for emergencies.

Your own security is set up, that you set roles and individual access to what areas of the backend you want your team to access eg. events only, email campaigns and events, but not contact database and website etc. It also enables you to track if something happens who made what changes. This along with two factor authentication to give them access
Unlike other providers, our package and all tools (plugins with others) are included and produced entirely in house. This gives you the chance to pick and choose exactly what features you need without paying extra for additional plugins on an ongoing basis

There is no denying this is a complex system, as it is not just a website, it is a lot of your internal and members business systems as well. Initially it starts with us understanding your organisations needs, requirements, processes and wishes - along with your current challenges to determine if we are a good fit for you. From there we will typically:
- Show you and your key stakeholders an overview of what we offer, and take you behind the scenes
- Answer all your questions
- Provide you a base quote
- On acceptance, from there we typically book in a process mapping session, where we spend some time with you to map out what you requirements are, identify ways to improve, then map out what will best work for you. Including steps in the process, timing and responsibilities.
- That is when we start the build process... which we will in the demo take you through this in greater detail
Definitely, we work in conjunction with our clients resource skills, time availability and budgets.
We will always do the design and build of the website, set up the system to work for your organisation eg. membership types, events, access, communication, base SEO, Google and more
Then, some clients like us to do most of it for them. Others like us to only do the base of the work, then teach them or individuals within their teams on how to populate it after the base has been added eg. Knowledge base, resources, FAQ's, events, blogs etc. Others like to have more involvement.
